Order Processing 

Cash on delivery: Once your order confirmation has been sent, please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be packed and prepared for delivery.

Delivery 

Delivery is offered via a Private Courier. The estimated delivery time for these services range from 2 - 3 business days after processing. Please ensure to provide correct information (name, address, number, email) when completing shipping information in order to receive your package(s). 

If information is inputted incorrectly after checkout, please email themoonlitapothecary@gmail.com with the correct information in order for it to be changed. 

Rescheduled Deliveries:

Kindly note clients that reschedule their deliveries 3 or more times will have their orders recalled. Multiple offenses will result in being blacklisted from ordering via DM and our website.
